WDC ——2025-06-10
Shenzhen-based robotics innovator WDC Innovation Intelligence took center stage at a Sino-French business summit on June 2, showcasing its advanced robotic solutions and forging new international partnerships as part of growing cross-border tech collaboration.
Diverse Robotic Portfolio Draws Global Attention
During the delegation’s visit, French representatives explored WDC’s cutting-edge products across multiple sectors. The medical-grade delivery robot, equipped with UV disinfection and pharmaceutical cold-chain capabilities, stood out for its potential to address Europe’s stringent healthcare logistics demands. For industrial applications, the AX-series handling robots—featuring millimeter-level positioning accuracy and a 2-ton load capacity—aligned with France’s push for manufacturing automation. Delegates also showed interest in the explosion-proof rescue robot, designed for extreme environments, and observed live demonstrations of its seamless integration with factory MES systems.
WDC highlighted its proprietary SLAM navigation and 3D obstacle-avoidance technologies, certified for medical use, and ongoing R&D with Southern University of Science and Technology to enhance multi-robot coordination for complex industrial scenarios.
Strategic Overseas Partnerships Accelerated
In bilateral negotiations, WDC and French enterprises reached preliminary agreements to establish a Sino-French joint laboratory, combining French expertise in algorithmic precision and sensor technology with WDC’s tailored industry solutions. The collaboration aims to develop next-generation robotic core technologies for global markets, starting with pilot projects in healthcare and industrial automation.
Leveraging French overseas business networks, WDC revealed plans to launch customized delivery robots in major European markets by 2026, targeting logistics hubs and healthcare facilities. Concurrently, the company will introduce French elderly care robotics technologies to expand its product line, addressing China’s aging population needs while facilitating technology exchange.
The Shenzhen firm’s global momentum was underscored by its existing partnerships: as an authorized delivery robot supplier to Huawei, WDC has secured 2,000-unit orders for its Xiongda 3.0 model from South Korea’s HEXAR, demonstrating its competitiveness in international supply chains.
Bridging Sino-French Innovation
A French delegate praised WDC as a “living example of Sino-French technological synergy,” noting how its robots serve as both commercial products and bridges for cross-cultural innovation. The event reinforced WDC’s strategy to use Shenzhen as a launchpad for global expansion, focusing on scenario-based solutions that blend technical excellence with regional market demands.
With foreign investment in China’s robotics sector growing at a 15% annual rate, WDC aims to capture 8% of the European healthcare robotics market within three years, driven by its dual advantages in hardware engineering and localized software adaptation.
“This summit marks a crucial step in our internationalization journey,” said WDC’s Chief Commercial Officer. “We’re not just exporting products—we’re co-creating solutions that meet the unique needs of global clients.”
